He has been instrumental in rearchitecting business operations, leading the company’s transformation after it was taken private in 2019, and putting it on the path to accelerate growth.

Chief People Officer

Meredith is responsible for overseeing all people strategies, initiatives, and programs worldwide, with a focus on attracting, engaging, and developing a diverse workforce. Meredith has a passion for building high-performing teams and cultivating a collaborative, growth mindset culture where GoGetters can do their best work and grow their careers.

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Olga leads the global product and technology groups that build, operate, and innovate GoTo products. In her role, Olga defines the company’s product strategies and works closely with the Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to execute product and company priorities.

Chief Revenue Officer

Bill leads GoTo’s Global Sales, Customer Experience, and Business Operations teams. He is responsible for unifying the customer journey, enhancing the value of GoTo’s portfolio, and meeting the needs of the company’s customers, whether sold directly or through GoTo’s channel partners.

Chief Marketing Officer

Peter leads a team of nearly 200 marketers around the globe. Partnering with sales, product, and support teams, Peter plays a vital role in optimizing, personalizing, and enhancing the end-to-end experience for our customers.

Chief Customer Officer

Scott Romesser is responsible for GoTo’s overall customer experience strategy, building customer trust, and helping customers achieve their goals. Scott and his team ensure the voice of the customer is the central focus across implementation services & training, customer success, and customer support.

Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Michael oversees our legal, procurement, ESG and facilities teams, and is the executive sponsor of GoTo’s Environmental, Social, and Governance efforts. Michael has served as GoTo’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since joining the company in 2007.
